PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about users of the karione.ru website (hereinafter — the Website).

2. WHAT DATA WE PROCESS

2.1. When authorizing through Steam, the Website receives exclusively public data provided by the Valve API: Unique digital identifier (SteamID64), public nickname, and a link to the Steam profile avatar.

2.2. When paying for a subscription on the Website, all payment data is entered by the user strictly on the secure side of the YooKassa payment service (YooMoney NBCO LLC). The website karione.ru does not collect or store users' bank card data.

2.3. The Website uses the Google Analytics web analytics service, which uses cookies to collect anonymized technical data about visits: IP address (in truncated/anonymized form), device and browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referral source. This data is used exclusively to analyze site traffic and improve the Website. Data processing by Google Analytics is carried out in accordance with Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

3.1. The received SteamID64 is used exclusively for the technical linking of the paid subscription to a specific account on the Website, as well as for displaying and structuring CS2 match statistics in the user's profile on the Website, obtained from open sources and through integration with official Steam (Valve), Faceit, and Leetify APIs.

4. DATA PROTECTION AND TRANSFER

4.1. Public data (SteamID, nickname) is processed in accordance with the Valve Privacy Policy rules.

4.2. The Website Administration does not transfer users' personal data to third parties, except for the Google Analytics web analytics service, which processes exclusively anonymized technical data about visits to the Website.

4.3. Upon user request sent to email: karioneteam@gmail.com, the entire history of their gaming profile on the Website can be permanently deleted.

USER AGREEMENT (PUBLIC OFFER)

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1. This document is a public offer of the Self-employed person Vereshchenko Maksim Vitalevich, TIN 501817689182 (hereinafter — the Contractor). The Contractor offers any individual authorized through the Steam service (hereinafter — the User) paid services for providing extended digital access to the CS2 analytics and summary statistics functionality on the karione.ru Website based on data aggregation from Steam, Faceit, and Leetify systems.

1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of this offer is the fact of payment for the cost of Services on the Website.

2. COST OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

2.1. The Contractor provides extended access to statistics on a prepayment basis according to the following rates:

- "Month" access package: 199 Russian Rubles for 30 calendar days.

- "Year" access package: 1599 Russian Rubles for 365 calendar days.

2.2. Payment is made in Russian Rubles (RUB) through the YooKassa payment service.

2.3. Access is provided in the format of a one-time purchase for the selected period. Automatic renewal (recurrent payments) does not apply.

3. PROCEDURE FOR PROVIDING ACCESS

3.1. Extended statistics functions are activated for the User's current SteamID64 automatically within 15 minutes after the successful payment is registered in the YooKassa system.

3.2. The Service is considered fully rendered from the moment technical access to the paid sections of the Website is provided for the authorized Steam account.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1. The Contractor does everything possible to ensure the stable operation of the Website, but is not responsible for temporary interruptions in the display of statistics or delays in updates caused by technical failures, maintenance work, or changes in access policies on the side of third-party platforms: Valve (Steam), Faceit, and Leetify.

1. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Payment for extended access to CS2 statistics is made online. After selecting a tariff (199 RUB/month or 1599 RUB/year), you will be redirected to the secure YooKassa gateway. An electronic receipt will be generated by the YooKassa payment system.

2. DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery is carried out instantly in digital form. There is no physical delivery. Paid features are automatically linked to your Steam profile immediately after payment confirmation.

3. REFUND TERMS AND PROCEDURE

3.1. The product is the provision of immediate digital access to analytical information. Refunds for correctly functioning access are not provided.

3.2. A refund is possible if, due to a technical error, the paid access was not activated for your SteamID within 24 hours or an erroneous double charge occurred.

3.3. To request a refund, send an email to karioneteam@gmail.com or via the live support chat on the Website, indicating your SteamID64 and the exact date/time of the payment. Refunds are made to the same card within 1 to 5 business days.
